01Your account
- Be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you.
- Use your real email and look after your password. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us at contact@baketly.com if you think someone else got into your account.
02Your bakery is yours
Everything you put into Baketly, from recipes and photos to prices and sales, stays yours. You give us permission to store it, copy it between your iPhone and your Wix site, and process it only to run Baketly for you, as the privacy policy describes. When you delete your account, that permission ends and your data is deleted.
03The numbers are estimates
- Costs and prices come from what you type in. If a pack price or a recipe is wrong, the result will be too.
- Ask Baketly and photo reading use AI and can get things wrong, like misreading a handwritten line. Check what it suggests before you confirm it.
- Nutrition and nearby prices come from labels and other bakeries' public websites, and may be out of date or incomplete.
- Your decisions are yours. Baketly is not financial, tax, legal or food-safety advice. What you charge, what you label and how you run your bakery is up to you.
04Free, Pro and paying
- Free to start. The free plan does not expire.
- Pro on iPhone is billed by Apple to your Apple ID. It renews automatically until you cancel it in your iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Pro on your Wix site is billed by Wix and managed in your Wix account.
- Refunds follow Apple's or Wix's refund rules, since they take the payment.
- Price changes are announced ahead of time and never apply to a period you have already paid for.
05Using Baketly fairly
- Don't break the law with it, send spam through receipts, or put in content you have no right to use.
- Don't try to break, overload, copy or take apart Baketly, or scrape it with bots.
- Don't use someone else's account or pretend to be someone you're not.
06Apple, Wix, Google and other services
Baketly runs on services from other companies, including Apple, Wix, Google and Resend. Their own terms apply to how you use them. We're not responsible for their services or for the websites of bakeries whose prices Baketly reads.
07Changes and availability
We improve Baketly all the time, so features may change, move or retire. We work to keep it running, but can't promise it will never be down. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app before the change applies.
08Ending things
You can stop using Baketly and delete your account at any time from Settings › Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law stops us.
09Our responsibility
Baketly is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer that can't be limited.
10If you got Baketly from the App Store

- If Baketly fails a warranty, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
